Dear Brett;
We are a small guide service in the famous Kawartha Lakes area of Ontario Canada. Having read about the knotless Wind-On Leaders as used by saltwater fishermen, we felt this would be a great thing for us and for our clients. Before we came to you we wasted a lot of money with other outfitters buying components that didn't work well together and were not suited to our needs. Your knowledge and expertize solved our technical problems and your patience in explaining where our preconceived ideas were faulty, reorganized our thinking and saved us money plus even more frustration. I personally have been using the loop-to-loop leader that you designed and made for me. You were absolutely right! These are the type of leaders that best suit our needs for Bass and Musky fishing. I would like to thank you for taking the time to get us sorted out with the proper tools and equipment to start making our own leaders. Without your help we might still be in the dark, fumbling with components that don't fit our needs and wondering why nothing seems to work.

Our first halibut trip of 2010 was a real blockbuster using NW Topshots halibut rigs. 5 minutes on Halibut hill and we hooked up. When we pulled the fish up from 830’, it was a decent sized 42” slabsider, and then we noticed the rod was still doubled over, we find a matched pair hanging on the 2nd hook 6’ under the boat. A double on the first drop with a new rigging. The rest of the day was more of the same, 6 doubles and another dozen single hook ups as we a filled our bag limits and pointed the ship towards home. Great riggings, durable, simple and a great value.
